The role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:
Negotiating offers and securing sales
Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging and attending viewings
Proactively calling out new instructions
Building strong relationships throughout the sales process
About you:
Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Knowledge of the Wymondham market (desirable)
