SALES NEGOTIATOR - SOUTH EAST LONDON Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a well established reputable company which can offer longevity in a collaborative environment. Duties:
Registering new applicants.
Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
Providing viewing feedback.
Generating new valuation opportunities.
Requirements:
UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential sales role
