What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and managing applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Maintaining close contact with all parties throughout the sales process
• Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
• Generating leads for valuations and mortgage referrals
• Representing the agency in a professional manner

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant previous experience in residential estate agency sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service
• Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Strong telephone manner
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
