Sales Negotiator

Are you driven, confident and eager to build a career in property? We're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy and growing estate agency. This role would suit someone ambitious who is looking to build a long-term career in estate agency.

Key responsibilities

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion.

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Generating new valuations and instructions
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion
• Maintaining regular communication with clients
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Keeping CRM systems up to date
• Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team

Skills & experience

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional and well-presented
• Target-driven with a motivated attitude
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone and face-to-face
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate.
