My client are looking for a skilled and personable property professional who is passionate about people and property to join their friendly and supportive team, bringing with them warmth and professionalism. In this role, you'll provide an exceptional experience for customers and clients and help to generate business opportunities whilst overseeing the sales process from listing to completion, and support the overall growth of the sales team.Key Responsibilities
Carry out property measure-ups, viewings, and valuations, providing clear and professional market advice
Prepare and oversee high-quality sales particulars, photography, and marketing across online and in-branch channels
Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion, including offers, negotiations, and progression
Maintain accurate property files, compliance (AML), and sales documentation
Proactively manage the viewing diary, vendor communication, and feedback
Drive new instructions, referrals, and revenue targets in line with business objectives
Monitor and report on the sales pipeline and performance
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to vendors and applicants
Support and mentor junior team members where required
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support branch growth and operational standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience within residential property sales, ideally as a Senior Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer
Strong knowledge of the local property market and current industry legislation
Confidence in carrying out valuations and converting opportunities into instructions
A highly ethical, customer-first approach focused on building lasting relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage a varied workload
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a genuine passion for property
