Ten10 is one of the UK's leading tech consultancies, and we are currently looking for a high-calibre Salesforce Senior Test Analyst to join us on a contract basis for a mission-critical project with one of our key logistics clients.

The Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' systems meet the highest quality standards. You'll be hands-on in functional testing, spanning system, system integration, and user acceptance testing, specifically focusing on complex Salesforce integrations and GCP data pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Functional Testing: Perform system, system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across the Salesforce suite.

• Salesforce Ecosystem Validation: Define and maintain quality test scenarios for Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• Cloud & Data Testing: Execute testing within GCP environments to ensure data integrity and seamless flow between Salesforce products and big data platforms.

• Defect Management: Identify and raise quality system defects with accuracy and clarity.

• Risk Management: Identify and escalate project risks and issues proactively, particularly those affecting complex data reconciliations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work confidently with client stakeholders and third parties to ensure quality outcomes.

• Service Readiness: Support the transition of integrated Salesforce solutions into BAU environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Testing Core: 10 years' experience across system, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Salesforce Mastery: Proven experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• Cloud Environments: Hands-on experience testing within GCP or other big data products.

• Exploratory Testing: Skilled in exploratory testing techniques for improved coverage across integrated platforms.

• Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).

• Communication: Confident in providing regular updates on progress and escalating risks when necessary.

Desirable Skills:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience working within large-scale logistics/postal organizations.
