| Description: | We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in B2B sales. Duties Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities Build strong, long-term customer relationships Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations Negotiate pricing and close sales Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Work closely with production and design teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting Skills Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results Excellent organisational and time-management skills Commercially aware with a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience within the print industry desirable but not essential Large format print experience would be a distinct advantage What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Career progression opportunities Ongoing training and development Supportive and collaborative team environment Company pension scheme 21 days annual leave + bank holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
