We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Executive to join a market-leading business within the construction hire and modular solutions sector.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role with uncapped earning potential, focused on generating new business and converting inbound enquiries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging new customers, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Sales Executive - The Role
Managing and converting inbound enquiries into profitable sales opportunities
Proactively generating new business through outbound calls, email, and online engagement
Following up on marketing campaigns to identify and convert opportunities
Providing accurate quotations in line with company guidelines
Managing and prioritising a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets
Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records and customer information within internal systems
Handling customer queries efficiently to support ongoing sales activity
Candidate Requirements
Experience in a B2B sales, telesales, or new business sales role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers
Experience generating / converting new business and working towards sales targets
Results-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
Good organisational and time management skills
Comfortable using IT systems and managing administration tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
