The Role

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the Northeast territory (NE, DH, SR, DL, TS, YO, HU, DN). You'll manage existing accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive new business growth in key sectors.

You'll have the freedom to:

  • Own your territory and set your sales strategy
  • Develop and expand relationships with both regional and global accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on leads
  • Report and forecast performance while providing insights on market trends

This is a high-autonomy role with excellent support, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven field sales experience in technical or industrial sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • ONC in Electrical/Instrumentation or similar; Engineering degree desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
