We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our services in a professional and consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Manage leads, contacts, and record all activities within the CRM system
Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) and present services in a clear, structured, and professional manner
Develop a strong understanding of company services and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales opportunities
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Selling training programs and consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities
Participate in regular performance review meetings with the Sales Manager
Requirements:
Minimum A Level qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach to sales
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
Good organisational and time management skills
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in education industry)
