NC Associates are working in partnership with a well-established and growing business services organisation based in Manchester City Centre to recruit a Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated sales professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong earning potential.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

• Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound activity
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting sales calls, meetings, and product/service presentations
• Identifying client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
• Following up on leads and maximising conversion opportunities
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity

To be successful in your application, you should have the following experience:

• Previous experience in a Sales, Telesales, or Business Development role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (desirable)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
