We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to support the telesales campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will contact businesses within a designated region to promote and sell our range of products and office consumables. This is an office-based, full-time role based in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Introducing and promoting our stationery and office consumable products
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Accurately recording call details and orders in the CRM system
Sharing customer insights and buying trends with the wider sales team
Participating in team meetings and contributing best practices
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
Ability to persuade and influence decision makers
Resilience and positivity when handling objections
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Target-driven approach with a desire to excel
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
