The Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established, design-led business that delivers creative solutions in the events industry. With decades of industry success, they've built a reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative work for a wide range of clients.

The Role

This is a front-end sales role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for building a strong pipeline by engaging with businesses leaders, opening conversations and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across target sectors
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through discovery conversations
  • Manage and track activity through CRM systems
  • Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated enquiries
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity to achieve targets

About You

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or lead generation
  • Willing to travel to events (Valid UK passport is essential)!
  • Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
