We re recruiting for a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy, high-performing dealership in Guildford.

The Role
Selling motorcycles and associated products to retail customers
Managing the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery
Building long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Handling incoming enquiries, walk-ins and follow-ups
Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
Supporting events and promotional activity when required
Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What We re Looking For
Minimum 1 year s experience in motorcycle or automotive sales
Genuine passion and interest in motorcycles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised, proactive and target-driven
Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
A team player with a positive attitude and ambition to succeed
What s On Offer
£20,200 basic salary
£49,630 OTE (uncapped commission)
