Description:

Do you have experience building partnerships and driving business growth? Are you confident working with employers and stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities?

This is a key role focused on developing strong employer relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the growth of our provision. You ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our offer meets local and regional needs.

What you ll do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and partners
• Identify new business opportunities to support growth
• Promote the College s offer to external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to align provision with industry needs
• Support the development of partnerships that enhance learner opportunities
• Contribute to income generation and growth targets
• Represent the College at external events and networking opportunities

What we re looking for:

• Experience in business development, partnerships or stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive growth
• A proactive, target-driven approach
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
