This is a desk based role combining proactive account management, outbound engagement and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of customers through regular, proactive contact
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Monitor account activity and re-engage lapsed or at-risk customers
Deliver against targets for growth, retention, and customer engagement
Analyse trading data to spot trends and opportunities
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
Strong communication skills and confident on the phone
Commercially aware with a proactive, results driven mindset
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
Comfortable analysing data
Positive, resilient and customer-focused approach
Experience in account management, sales or customer service
Background in B2B environments
