We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative to join a growing team in Norwich. This role offers a mix of customer service and sales, supporting customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their services.
You'll be speaking with customers across a variety of channels, building relationships, understanding needs, and helping them find solutions that work for them.
The Role
Speak with customers via phone and digital channels
Support customers with queries and product information
Identify opportunities to upgrade or enhance existing services
Build strong relationships to encourage long-term loyalty
Work towards individual and team performance goals
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience
Day to Day
Handling a mix of inbound and outbound customer conversations
Discussing solutions that meet customer needs
Following up on opportunities and ongoing customer enquiries
Managing information in internal systems
Ensuring conversations and processes remain compliant and professional
About You
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Confident, personable, and commercially aware
Happy working towards targets in a structured environment
Organised and able to use basic systems and Microsoft Office
Motivated, reliable, and keen to develop
Desirable:
Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer service role
Familiarity with payment systems or CRM platforms
To be successful you MUST have call centre/telecare experience.
