Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a Hungerford based business who wish to expand their existing team due to business growth.
As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the business with existing clients, offering them new services and solutions.
Working hours: Monday to Friday. Two days per week can be hybrid (working from home). Three days per week will be office based or on site with your clients.
Salary: £40,000 + car allowance + commission
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Existing relationships/customers
Develop and maintain current business within the defined customer group.
Review and manage stock holdings where appropriate.
Develop new product/brand strategies with key stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Brand / Product Proposition
Work closely with Product Managers and Vendors to identify new opportunities to expand business within your customer set.
Work with the sales channels to ensure your product sets are built into their sales opportunities.
Profile and develop and in-depth knowledge of your customers and the profit opportunities.
Onboarding
Review target accounts and open lines of communication.
Review credit limits.
Experience & Qualifications:
Must hold a full UK driving licence as travel to clients is required.
Background/experience
Experience in B2B sales with an ability to manage complex supply relationships.
