Macildowie are working with a client based in the Sywell area to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance within a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the external sales representative, you will take ownership of your designated customer base and play a key role in supporting area growth through proactive account management, quotation follow-up, and technical product support.
The Role
Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
Supporting external sales activity across your designated area
Following up quotations and identifying conversion opportunities
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle
Providing product advice and technical support where required
Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
About You
Previous experience within a sales, account management, or customer service role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales growth
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A team player with a customer-first mindset
