Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full account lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign and project delivery
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Account Management within a tech or cyber environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
