Business Development and Field Sales Representative
Field-Based East Anglia Permanent
The Opportunity
An established and growing business within the caravan and leisure sector is looking to recruit a Business Development and Sales Representative to manage and expand a regional territory.
This is a field-based role focused on developing existing B2B relationships and winning new business across a well-established customer base of caravan and holiday parks.
The Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
Visit clients on-site, presenting products and negotiating deals
Plan and manage your own diary, pipeline and territory activity
Spend 3-4 days per week on the road, working from home when not travelling
Regularly staying away from home every other week to meet with clients further afield
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
Generate new business through prospecting and territory development
Deliver product presentations and close sales opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal completion
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Operate with a high level of autonomy and self-management
About You
Essential Experience and Skills
Proven track record in B2B field sales
Strong new business experience with evidence of results
Highly resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
Full UK driving licence
Fully comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
Desirable
Experience within the caravan, leisure, or holiday park sectors
Existing industry contacts or network

Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE: £45,000-£50,000 (uncapped)
