We are supporting a well-established automotive group in the appointment of an experienced New Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager based in Leicestershire.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across new and used vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the dealership sales team
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and customers
Oversee CRM, reporting, and stock management
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
Experience using CRM and reporting tools
Full UK driving licence
