Duties Trainee New/Used Car Sales Executive: - Engage with customers to understand their needs through effective listening and build rapport
- Demonstrate suitable vehicle options, including arranging test drives
- Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance options in accordance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure vehicle availability, processing orders, updating records, and scheduling additional services
- Follow up with customers after delivery to gauge satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
- Proactively plan and organise daily sales activity, including contacting prospects and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and sales techniques
Requirements Trainee New/Used Car Sales Executive: - No prior car sales experience required; suitable individuals will ideally possess a UK driving licence with minimal points
- Previous experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role is advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills, IT literacy, and a positive, helpful attitude
- Driven, energetic, and committed to seeking sales opportunities and achieving targets
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, with a half-day in the week, average 5.5 days per week
