We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Telesales Team Leader to manage a small inbound B2C sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys coaching and developing people whilst remaining actively involved in customer conversations and sales activity.
Working Hours
Friday: Office-based, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: Hybrid, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Hybrid, 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Role As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and strong sales results. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will be expected to support the team by taking customer calls and handling enquiries when required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support a small inbound telesales team
Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets
Provide coaching, guidance and ongoing development to team members
Handle customer enquiries and sales calls as required
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained
Assist with scheduling, performance management and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team effectiveness
About You
Previous telesales or contact centre leadership experience
Strong sales and customer service skills
Comfortable managing performance and coaching team members
Confident handling customer calls and objections
Organised, proactive and able to lead by example
Positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
