Duties of a Car Sales Manager:
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets

Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department as the Car Sales Manager
Build strong relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities
Contribute to dealership profitability through effective sales management and customer engagement

Requirements of a Car Sales Manager:
Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within high-end or prestige vehicles
Strong leadership and team management skills
