CAR SALES EXECUTIVE WANTED Our client is seeking an experienced, driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their successful dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to maximise their earnings within a high-performing dealership environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive - Managing the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover - Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an outstanding buying experience - Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout the sales and pre-delivery process - Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives - Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicle solutions - Maximising every sales opportunity through finance, insurance and value-added product introductions - Managing incoming showroom, telephone and online enquiries - Generating repeat business and customer referrals - Achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets and KPI objectives - Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications of a Car Sales Executive - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Self-motivated with a target-driven mentality - Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks) - Right to work in the UK - No sponsorship available
