The Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Internal Sales Executives, ensuring sales strategy is effectively translated into day-to-day activity and commercial success. You will play a key role in coaching team members, managing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Team Leader

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal sales team
  • Drive new business opportunities and support contract renewal activity

Candidate Profile for a Sales Team Leader

  • A minimum of 3 years sales leadership experience, ideally within a B2B or B2C service sales environment
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach
