| Description: | Sales Account Manager Location: Beaconsfield Salary: 26K - 32K (depending on experience) + Commission Commission payments are discretionary and are only payable where the required process has been followed in full Our client, a growing commercial organisation, is seeking a confident and organised Sales Account Manager to join its team in Beaconsfield. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity offering a salary of £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience, alongside a discretionary commission scheme and genuine progression opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will manage and develop customer relationships, follow up opportunities, and ensure every client receives a professional, responsive service. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is motivated by achieving results. Key duties: • Managing and developing a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts. • Building strong, lasting client relationships through regular telephone contact and responsive account support. • Making outbound calls, following up leads, and maintaining a well-organised sales pipeline. • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, including account activity and customer communications. • Working closely with internal colleagues to support a smooth customer journey and high service standards. • Managing priorities effectively while responding to customer needs in a fast-paced environment. • Supporting wider sales activity and contributing towards individual and team targets. Key skills and experience: • Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence speaking to customers by telephone. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and follow processes accurately. • A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn. • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards commercial objectives. • Previous sales experience would be beneficial, although training will be provided for candidates with strong transferable skills.
