You will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across your territory. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and support to further develop their sales and account management skills within a thriving FMCG environment.

Sector FMCG Sales & Business Development

• Proven B2B sales experience.

• Previous account management experience.

• Experience working within an FMCG environment.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Experience managing key customer accounts.

• Commercial awareness and understanding of FMCG markets.

• Working for a growing and successful FMCG business.
