Are you a confident, driven salesperson who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships and creating opportunities?

We're looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a growing technology business in Manchester. This is a high-energy, office-based sales role where you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of SME customers, reactivating dormant accounts, uncovering new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

• Re-engaging existing and dormant business customers through proactive outbound calling
• Building relationships with key decision-makers across your customer portfolio
• Identifying new opportunities and generating additional revenue
• Selling solutions across connectivity, telecoms, cyber security, Microsoft and managed IT services
• Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to close
• Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
• Working closely with technical specialists to deliver the right customer solutions

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, telesales, internal sales or account management
• Experience selling IT, telecoms, connectivity, cyber security or Microsoft solutions would be highly advantageous
• Confidence making outbound sales calls and building rapport with customers
• A resilient, positive attitude with the determination to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative sales approach
• Good IT literacy and a willingness to learn
• Able to commute to the Stretford office (within approximately 30-40 minutes)
• Able to successfully complete DBS and background screening
