| Description: | Sales Executive - Basic Salary: OTE £35,000 - £50,000 Company Car Included Full-Time - Bodmin Well Placed HR is delighted to be working with a busy, well-established dealership who are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their showroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated retail sales professional who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is looking to build a successful career in automotive sales. You'll be joining a fast-paced showroom where delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything, alongside strong earning potential and full product training. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive: - Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner - Provide expert advice on vehicles, finance options, and accessories - Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Support customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to handover - Participate in ongoing product and systems training (in-person and online) - Support wider showroom operations and work collaboratively as part of a team As Sales Executive you will ideally: - Have 2-3 years' minimum experience in retail sales (essential) - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills - Be confident, professional, and well-presented at all times - Be comfortable working in a target-driven environment - Be computer literate and quick to learn new systems - Have a Full UK driving licence (essential) What's on Offer: - Realistic on-target earnings of £35,000 - £50,000+ - Company car provided - Full manufacturer and product training, including finance and accessories - Strong development and progression opportunities within a successful dealership Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday (with a weekday day off) One Sunday worked in every four If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and want to develop a long-term career in automotive retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving showroom team.
