Basic Salary: £22,500pa

OTE: £50,000pa Uncapped

Working hours: 5.5 day working week to include weekend hours on rota. (days off in lieu)

The Sales Executive Role

As a Car Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle purchase. Your role will involve:

• Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs.
• Providing expert advice on our extensive range of options and vehicle choices.
• Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets - and being rewarded for your success!

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in car sales, or a face to face Sales role (but not essential - we hire attitude as much as experience!).
