Produce competitive pricing, guiding customers through the process. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services, helping to maximise customer value and business growth. Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets and performance objectives. Accurately maintain customer records and update internal systems throughout the sales journey. Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice to drive team performance and continuous improvement. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations. Skills, Experience and Training Requirements Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Motivated by targets, rewards and earning potential. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
