Join our team as a School Liaison Officer, where you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients events. This temporary position is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours, with flexibility during school holidays. You will work closely with our marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.
Day-to-day of the role:
Communicate with teachers and careers advisors at secondary schools nationwide to promote our educational events.
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts to encourage group bookings, clearly communicating the benefits of attending.
Handle incoming enquiries from school contacts through phone, email, and social media.
Process group bookings accurately and ensure schools receive all necessary materials and information for a successful visit.
Monitor registration numbers daily to manage visitor flow effectively.
Continually update the schools database to ensure contact details and booking statuses are accurately recorded.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content to enhance event visibility across relevant channels.
