We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer / Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes
Develop custom functionality using Apex
Manage data updates and integrations with external systems
Support lead, opportunity and case management processes
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements
Requirements:
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Hands-on Apex development experience
Expertise in Salesforce Flows
Experience with integrations, APIs and event-driven data updates
Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce
