The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Selling high-quality used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Guiding customers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
Maximising profitability through vehicle sales, finance, and value-added products.
Presenting finance and insurance products in a professional and fully compliant manner.
You'll become part of a supportive and successful sales team that values performance, customer satisfaction, and career development.
What's on Offer?
£20,000 basic salary.
Uncapped OTE of £52,000+.
Earnings rewarded on both vehicle volume and profit.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Every other weekend off
One weekday off every week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in used car sales (main dealership experience preferred).
A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A motivated, professional, and driven approach.
A full UK driving licence.
