Location: Stockport

Salary: £20,000 Basic OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car

Richard Abson Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established dealership in Stockport to recruit an experienced New & Used Car Sales Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, customer-focused dealership with a strong reputation, selling both new and used vehicles while offering genuine earning potential.

As a New & Used Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Selling both new and used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Guiding customers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maximising profitability through vehicle sales, finance, and value-added products.
• Presenting finance and insurance products in a professional and fully compliant manner.

• £20,000 basic salary.
• Uncapped OTE of £52,000+.
• Earnings rewarded on both vehicle volume and profit.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Every other weekend off

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in motor trade sales (main dealership experience preferred).
• A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A motivated, professional, and driven approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
