Regional Sales Manager - North

Regional Sales Manager Northern England£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car & Un-capped Commission (OTE £80k in Y1, £100k+ in Y2)

A well-established, fast-growing catering equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow its presence across Northern England.

The Role:

This position is predominantly new business focused and will suit a true hunter. You will be responsible for opening the Northern market, building relationships with independent and group operators, and driving sales through demonstrations and partner dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new business across Northern England.
• Working closely with proactive dealer partners to generate and convert opportunities
• Organising and hosting live product demonstrations (typically 2-3 per month)
• Targeting restaurants, casual dining, and hospitality operators
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

What We're Looking For:

• Background in hospitality, foodservice, or catering equipment sales
• Comfortable selling premium equipment with a consultative approach
• Thrives in a target-driven, high-activity environment
• Self-motivated and effective when working from home
• Has credibility with chefs and operators (ex-chefs or those with strong kitchen exposure are particularly well regarded)

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum basic salary
• OTE £80,000 in year one, rising to £120,000+ in year two
