Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our clients growing team and play a key role in generating quality opportunities for the Business Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with decision makers, exceeding targets, and contributing to business growth within a fast paced B2B environment.

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the Business Development Manager. You'll be a key part of the growth journey, ensuring accurate data management whilst delivering against agreed sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and identify relevant new contacts.
  • Book appointments for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM and other sales systems.
  • Produce professional and engaging emails with accurate information.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services and solutions and communicate these effectively to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and understand growth reports, sales activity, and performance metrics.
  • Manage your time effectively, prioritising activity to maximise results and productivity.
  • Attend training sessions, coaching programmes, and development activities, applying learnings to continuously improve performance.
  • Act as a consultative, relationship focused sales professional, balancing persistence with a customer centric approach.
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, resilient, and passionate about sales success.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and secure appointments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Target driven with a clear understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • A proactive and consultative approach to sales.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
