Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
Engage with customers professionally to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Deliver a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle handover
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives as a Car Sales Executive
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain detailed knowledge of current stock, industry trends, and vehicle features
Collaborate with the aftersales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role within the motor trade
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
