A rapidly expanding international automotive brand is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to support and develop its dealer network across Northern England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape regional sales success while working remotely.

The Role

As Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your assigned territory, ensuring retail targets are achieved whilst building strong and productive relationships with dealer partners.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will analyse market performance, implement sales initiatives, and provide strategic support to dealerships to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed regional sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, sales leaders and key stakeholders.
• Support dealerships with performance improvement plans, training and best practice initiatives.
• Implement national sales campaigns and promotional activities across the region.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations to drive growth.
• Monitor retailer KPI performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent customer experience across the dealer network.
• Produce regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Travel extensively throughout Northern England to support dealership partners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Significant experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven background in dealer network management and field-based sales performance roles.
• Strong existing relationships and knowledge within the dealer network landscape.
• Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
