Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Llandudno Junction to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in both new and used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Selling both new and used vehicles
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner
You'll be joining a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction, and continued success.
What's on Offer
Basic salary of £25,000
Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Every other Saturday off
Every Sunday off
Plus a day off during the week, every week
About You
Proven experience in car sales (main dealership experience preferred)
Strong track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
Full UK driving licence
