MCS are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology company for a German-speaking Account Manager to join their growing Belfast team.

In this role, you'll manage an existing portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted advisor and helping them get the most value from a market-leading software platform. You'll identify opportunities to expand accounts, increase product adoption, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic advice and ongoing support.
• Drive adoption of software solutions and help customers maximise the value of the platform.
• Identify and deliver upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and introduce customers to new features and integrations.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and commercial performance.
• Proactively manage renewals, reduce churn, and improve customer retention.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and consistently achieve revenue and retention targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing SaaS or technology sales role.
• A proven track record of achieving commercial targets through account growth, retention, or renewals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A consultative approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
