Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive looking to join a successful franchised dealership in Romford? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive retailer seeking a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle to suit their needs. You'll manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, maximising every opportunity to achieve and exceed your targets.

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering first-class customer service
• Manage customer enquiries from showroom visits, telephone and online leads
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present finance, insurance and value-added products
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow dealership sales processes
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining FCA compliance

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership or reputable independent retailer
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

• 22,500 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of 65,000+ (uncapped)

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• No Saturday working
• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Sundays on a rota)
• Time off in lieu provided for Sunday working where applicable

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and only occasional Sunday working.
