National Account Manager - Retail

Location: Hybrid
Salary: 55,000 - 58,000 + Bonus & Car Allowance

We're looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key retail customers, driving sales growth, profitability and long-term partnerships across both branded and own-label products.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category, you'll help deliver customer plans, identify new commercial opportunities and support the continued growth of the business.

• Build and develop strong relationships with key retail customers.
• Deliver sales, volume and profit targets across your customer portfolio.
• Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable growth.
• Plan and execute promotional activity with retail customers.
• Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) and product launches.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and manage account budgets.
• Analyse performance and identify commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.
• Drive distribution, market share and profitability.

You'll have:

• Experience working within an FMCG environment.
• Experience working with UK grocery retailers.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical skills, with experience using data to support commercial decisions.
• A proactive, organised and results driven approach.

• Salary of 55,000 - 58,000.
