| Description: | K-People Europe is a London based recruitment consultancy and we've been recruiting top talents for our clients in UK & Europe since 2007. Our client, an industry leading global manufacturer of medical x-ray solutions, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We're looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the North of England, while supporting opportunities nationwide when required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' field sales experience and will work closely with-and report to-South West London-based Senior Sales Manager to expand pipeline and revenue, and to build scalable processes for sustained growth. A core part of the role is dealer enablement: equipping distributor partners and their sales teams with product knowledge, sales training, joint field activity, and opportunity management to create a strong foundation for long-term partnerships. The role also includes capacity for direct-to-practice sales on behalf of distributors (demos, presentations, trials, and closing), particularly in Scotland, where you will establish the company's first dedicated regional point of contact and help assess and lay groundwork for a potential future regional base. Key Objectives - first 12 months (1) Grow revenue and market share across the territory; support national campaigns as needed. (2) Build a healthy pipeline with appropriate coverage and forecast accuracy. (3) Raise distributor capability through structured training, coaching, and joint visits. (4) Establish a visible presence in Scotland; extend reach into Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the North of England. (5) Implement repeatable territory processes (account segmentation, QBRs, enablement plans). Responsibilities (1) Territory Strategy & Execution: Create and execute a territory plan that expands our customer base and extends company reach across the assigned regions. (2) Dealer Management: Identify, onboard, and develop distributor partners aligned with our quality-of-service standards; deliver enablement (sales & product training), conduct QBRs, and track performance against agreed objectives. (3) Direct-to-Practice services: Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations; manage opportunities end-to-end from lead to close, including tenders and procurement processes. (4) Training & Adoption: Provide user/operator training to customers directly and/or on behalf of distributor partners to ensure excellent onboarding and utilisation. (5) Collaboration: Support the Senior Sales Manager and work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and CS to deliver campaigns, events, and customer programs. (6) Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, gather customer insights, and feed recommendations into product, pricing, and go-to-market plans. (7) Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain CRM hygiene, analyse performance data, and produce accurate forecasts and action plans. Requirements (1) Must have minimum 5 years' successful field sales experience (medical/dental devices or capital equipment preferred). (2) Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and developing new territory. (3) Experience managing distributors or channel partners, including training and joint selling. (4) Strong presentation, demo, and training skills; confident with executive and clinical audiences. (5) Proficiency with CRM and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); data-driven approach to planning. (6) Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel extensively across the territory. (7) Highly organised self-starter; plans meticulously and executes with urgency. Nice to Have - Knowledge of dental imaging (CBCT, panoramic, intraoral) or related clinical workflows. - Experience launching a new region or establishing a regional base/office. - Familiarity with the UK & Ireland dental dealer landscape. - Any Korean language skill (preferred but not essential) Conditions (1) Job type: Full-time & Permanent (2) Main office location: South West London (this is NOT a remote role) (3) Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm (4) Annual leave: 22 days + Public/Bank holidays (5) Annual Basic Salary: £46,900 - £51,900 (depending on experience) (6) Annual Car Allowance: £4,800 (7) Annual Commission Potential: £5,000 - £10,000 (8) Benefits: Pension, Birthday gift voucher, Cycle to work scheme, Long-service awards Before you apply (1) The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
