Support the management of customer accounts by providing a high level of professional customer service.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate scheduling of warehouse shipments.
Work closely with the Outside Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with customers through telephone and email communication to build long-term relationships.
Produce reports on customer interactions, sales activity, and business transactions to support the sales function.
