Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £45,000-£50,000 in your first year)

Location: Bromsgrove, B60

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

You'll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, following up on renewals, reconnecting with previous customers, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial enquiry to completed order.

• Responding to incoming sales enquiries promptly and professionally
• Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion
• Following up on customer renewals and quotations
• Re-engaging with previous customers
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
• Building and maintaining excellent product knowledge
• Liaising with finance companies, manufacturers, and dealerships to achieve the best outcomes for customers
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is processed efficiently
• Following established sales processes and procedures
• Working towards achievable sales targets and performance objectives

You'll ideally have:

• Previous sales experience
• Experience within the automotive, vehicle leasing, or finance industry (advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT and computer skills
• A positive and confident attitude
• The ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships
• Resilience and the motivation to achieve targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
