Location: Bradford, BD4

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 DOE OTE: 37,500 - 42,500

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

The Role

Office Angels are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the healthcare and medical sector. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales activity and account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into business
• Proactively contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
• Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer-focused role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Self-motivation with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Access to your own vehicle is essential
• Willingness to attend off-site, customer visits, and industry events as required
• Ability to travel throughout the region and occasionally further afield to support business development activities
