Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our successful team at Vertu Renault Exeter.

Whether you come from retail, hospitality, leisure, or another customer-focused background, we'd love to hear from you. Previous automotive experience isn't essential. What matters most is your passion for delivering outstanding customer service and your drive to succeed.

We'll provide comprehensive training and a structured onboarding programme, giving you all the tools, knowledge, and support you need to build a rewarding, long-term career in automotive sales.

This opportunity offers a competitive basic salary of 27,000, with uncapped commission and realistic on-target earnings of 45,000. Top performers regularly achieve 60,000+, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to maximise their earning potential.

At Vertu, we believe success should go hand in hand with a great quality of life. You'll work a 40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, including most Saturdays, which are our busiest and most rewarding sales days. In return, you'll enjoy a day off during the week and, because we're closed on Sundays, a guaranteed day every week to relax, recharge, and spend time doing what matters most.

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and creating a positive, professional first impression
• Understanding individual customer needs and recommending the most suitable vehicle and finance solutions
• Arranging and conducting engaging test drives
• Building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Working towards achievable sales targets with the support of an experienced management team

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, sales, or another customer-facing environment
• Enjoy meeting new people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
